*A $25 non-refundable registration fee is due to reserve your spot. Churches may reserve a room by paying a minimum of 3 registration fees ($75) per room. The remaining balance of $345 will be due at check-in. Churches may reserve a maximum of 10 rooms. Please contact the office if you have any room requests, handicap or other needs that will determine your housing assignment. We will do our best to accommodate. Note: all hotel rooms have been reserved for both retreats.
