Matt Green
Pastor
In 2008 Matt graduated from Bible College. After completing school he took a Youth Pastor position in March 2008 in Greensboro, North Carolina. In 2016, God opened the door to serve as Youth Pastor here at New Life Baptist Church in Converse, Texas. Matt married Arianne in 2004 and they now have 4 children. His hobbies are bike riding and drinking the best coffee. “Not just any cup of coffee will do.”
On January 1st 2019 Matthew Green became the Pastor of New Life Baptist Church.

John Woolery
Associate Pastor
John Woolery grew up in a Christian family in the Dallas, Texas area. He received Christ as his personal Savior June 24, 1968 while attending Lake Texoma Baptist Youth Camp. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. While serving as a Marine, he surrendered to the full-time Christian ministry.
He graduated from Tennessee Temple College Bachelor of Arts in Bible in 1976. He has served in various ministries since that time including teaching in Christian schools, serving as an assistant pastor, an interim pastor, and as a radio technician with the Bible Broadcasting Network (BBN). Since he was called as Associate Pastor in February 2007, Bro. John Woolery has been serving faithfully along side Pastor Matt Green at New Life Baptist Church.

Jennifer Schaefer

In 2006, Jennifer graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a bachelors degree in Office Administration. After graduation, she worked in the office at PCC for seven years before returning to her home state of Texas. In January of 2019, God opened the door for Jennifer to serve as church secretary here at New Life Baptist Church. She enjoys a variety of activities (both indoor and outdoor), and loves getting involved, serving, and fellowshipping!
